Jackie Leach Receives the Tim Larney Award

Traffic Officer's Association of Essex County presented the Tim Larney Memorial Traffic Safety Education and Enforcement Award to Jackie Leach a Child Passenger Safety Instructor who works for the Injury Prevention Department of Morristown Medical Center. This was in recognition of her outstanding contributions to Child Passenger Safety Education.

The award was presented at a luncheon sponsored by AAA New Jersey Automobile Club.

Named in memory of Livingston Police Officer Timothy Larney, the award was sponsored cooperatively by the Traffic Officer's Association of Essex County, the Essex County College Police Academy and the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety. Officer Larney served the Livingston Police Department, the Traffic Officer's Association of Essex County and the traffic safety enforcement and education community for many years. His wife, Susan, presented the award to the Jackie with Ron Esposito and Shani Jarvis from AAA.

Jackie receives congratulations from Carol Ann Giadelli the Director of Safe Kids NJ and KJ Feury  the Injury Prevention Coordinator at Morristown Medical Center.
