National Night Out 2018!
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. ... Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
Northern NJ Safe Kids / Safe Communities partnered with Denville Township, Florham Park, Mt. Olive and Pompton Lakes to bring some interactive injury prevention educations to the local residents. Home Safety, Child Passenger Safety, Bike Safety and Safety in and Around Cars were a few topics covered. Over 2500 families dodged big raindrops and thunder storms but still enjoyed the event.
