Netcong PTA's Bike Rodeo

Netcong's PTA planned their bike rodeo with snow on the ground and ended up with the warmest spring day of the season so far. 

Legh Ann Van Hagen advocate for bike safety was the driving force to revive this event at the the Netcong Elementary School. 

Northern NJ Safe Kids / Safe Communiiteis was on hand to fit and provide bicycle hemets to to do children that attended the event. 

Safety stations included, obstacle course, braking and balance stations as well as hand signals and traffic signs. 

The warm air and sunny skies made for the perfect backdrop to the first real spring day.
