Northern NJ Safe Kids / Safe Communities was invited to the Pompton Lakes Summer Camp to highlight the basics of sport safety to the campers.
The campers participated in a full body stretch, a had discussions on hydration, fueling their bodies and identifying injuries.
"These campers were interested and had experience with many different sports" said KJ Feury the Injury Prevention Coordinator at Morristown Medical Center.
"It was a pleasure to present the information to the campers", noted Feury.
